PDC November 2015 1. Congrats to the latest “crop” of PDC graduates! Interns Mary and Lisa are now holders of Permaculture Design Certificates, having participated in a two-week theoretical and practical course. The knowledge and perspective they’ve gained will help them with a wide variety of possible future applications, including their own gardens, urban permaculture in cities, and volunteering on organic farms while traveling.

 2. TMA Co-founder Jerry Toth swung over to the reserve for a quick visit while on a trip to develop To’ak Chocolate. The Jama-Coaque Reserve is poised to play an important role in growing rare heritage varieties of delicious chocolate and preserving the irreplaceable genetics for future generations to treasure and enjoy.
